TenderIn is in early access, so none of these connections is live yet. This page lists what the first release covers, what follows soon after, and what we don't cover at all. We update it as each connection goes live.

UK-wide notice services
The central notice services run for the UK government.

NHS
NHS organisations buy through national frameworks and e-tendering portals, and publish plans before they tender.

Buyer portals
Buyers often run the tender itself on an e-tendering portal. We read only what a portal publishes for anyone to read, and only where the owner allows it. Where it doesn't, you still get the notice through Find a Tender. We never log in: documents behind a supplier login, you download from your own account and upload to TenderIn.

Contracts Finder from 1 October 2026
Contracts Finder is being retired from 1 October 2026, and new opportunities are published on Find a Tender instead. We use Contracts Finder only for older records: notices and awards published under the previous rules, before the change.

What we don't do
- We don't log in to portals or get past CAPTCHAs.We read open data feeds and public pages only. Documents behind a supplier login, you download from your own account and upload.
- We can't see competitions that only framework or DPS members can see, so we remind you to check them.Tell us which frameworks and dynamic purchasing systems you're on, and we'll prompt you to check the right portal.
- We don't submit tenders for you.We prepare a checked submission pack with the portal link and instructions. You submit it through the buyer's portal.
- We don't predict whether you'll win.We show what's mandatory, what's missing, and how fully a draft covers each published criterion.
Questions
Common questions
Do you submit tenders for me?
No. We prepare a checked submission pack: your approved answers, the buyer's own forms and templates, and the documents they ask for, checked against the word limits and the buyer's document list. The pack comes with a link to the buyer's portal and its submission instructions. You submit it yourself, from your own account on the buyer's portal.
Which sites do you search?
At launch we check Find a Tender, Sell2Wales and Public Contracts Scotland every morning, use Contracts Finder for older records, and add NHS Shared Business Services framework information, the NHS Supply Chain calendar and links to Atamis. Soon after launch we add the feeds and public listings published by Mercell, YORtender and ProContract, and NHS pre-tender sources such as trust board papers. Delta eSourcing, In-Tend, Atamis listings and eTendersNI are under review while we ask their owners or check their terms of use. We don't read JAGGAER or SAP Ariba directly, but opportunities on them that are also on Find a Tender reach you, with a link. The list on this page shows every source and its status.
Can you see framework mini-competitions?
Only the ones published openly. Some competitions under a framework, dynamic purchasing system or dynamic market can be seen only by its members, inside the buyer's portal, and we can't see those. Tell us which frameworks you're on and we'll remind you to check the right portal, and warn you when a framework is due to end so you can prepare for the next round.
Do you write the whole bid?
We draft answers from your verified evidence: case studies, policies, certificates, CVs and answers your team has approved before. Each claim links to its evidence. Anything we can't back up is flagged NEEDS EVIDENCE and has to be evidenced or removed before export. People on your team review, edit and approve every answer before it goes into the pack.
Do you log in to tender portals?
No. We don't log in to portals or get past CAPTCHAs, and we read only open data and public pages. If a buyer keeps documents behind a supplier login, download them from your own account and upload them to TenderIn.
Will you tell me whether I'll win?
No. We show whether you meet the mandatory requirements, what's missing, and how completely a draft covers each published criterion. The buyer's evaluators decide the outcome, so we don't predict it.
